Irma Gurov – Office Manager
Irma is a graduate of the University of California, Davis where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Chicano/a Studies with an emphasis in Law and Spanish Literature. While attending UC Davis, she was part of the Honor Society program where she was able to make a positive difference in the community. In that role, Irma mentored youth to set personal goals and pursue higher education.
Prior to joining H+AA, Irma worked for a non-profit organization that helped Latino communities have a voice, even though there was a language barrier. With her confidence and dedication, Irma gained strong leadership skills and trust. Not only did she make a difference in people’s lives, but also gave them hope that every struggle encountered has a solution for something better.
During her business administration experience, Irma was able to show and mentor her colleagues to update more efficient business procedures and brought a better understanding of the new millennial era. With her leadership skills, was able to innovate the work environment and with teamwork helped coworkers succeed in their respective fields.
