Mariana Fleischmann LEED GA – Designer
Mariana Fleischmann is a visionary, award-winning design professional with hands-on experience driving projects for residential, commercial, and institutional buildings, as well as renovations for historic sites. She is passionate by architecture, furniture design and History of Art, and is a licensed architect in Brazil. She has worked in Brazil and France, in addition to the United States, and is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, French and English.
Mariana has been a ballet dancer and participated in national competitions in Brazil over twelve years. She also has taught ballet to children and adults. She has traveled to many different countries including Iceland, South America, Europe and Indonesia.

Every initiative that involves community engagement in building better public spaces results in informed and engaged residents that feel better connected to their communities. For me, this is a good way to reduce conflicts as xenophobia, violence and crime."
