Amy Fisher AIA LEED AP BD+C – Associate

Amy Fisher is a licensed architect, and received her master’s degree from the University of Oregon, where she focused on green building innovation.  Combining the deep appreciation for learning she gained from her experience at the University of California, Berkeley with her interest in sustainable design, she focuses on designing schools that inspire students to learn.

Her recent projects include designing school modernizations in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area, and classrooms for Columbia University.

She hopes to see zero-net energy and water strategies dominate educational facility design, because high efficiency buildings are the key to our future.

Amy presented H+A's study of upgrading existing school buildings to net-zero energy and water usage at the Coalition for Adequate School Housing conference, and the USGBC Greenbuild conference.
